Symfodium support services are made up of three functions –Training, Support, and Consulting.

Training

Our expert trainers are with you to make sure the initial implementation and training of your users provide a smooth transition to our products with as little down-time as possible. Our trainers create a solid foundation of software knowledge for users of various abilities and comfort levels.

Support

Once your software or services go live, Symfodium’s exceptional support team ensures complete satisfaction and success. Consulting

At times, you may need additional data or support services to address a unique situation within your office. All consultation services employ tried and tested project management methodologies and regular quality audits.
